I don't over-investigate or over-treat. I give the evidence-based recommendation, explain it plainly, and let you decide with full information. That's what I've always done.

Oncology produces new drugs constantly. Not every new drug works for every patient. The decision needs to match your tumour's molecular profile to the trial data — not to whoever presented last at ASCO. That is the discipline I try to hold to.
